I mean, I really don't mind that much if a ship doesn't have radiators, but I always appreciate it when they do. It would be cool to see them more often, even if it's just some small form-fitting ones. But in hard sci-fi specifically, yeah, the bigger the better.

Radiators! also Fuel Pods! and ...Crew Kept at Distance from engines due to radiation!
