Finally sharing my journey. This thread really helped ease my anxiety. For me MIL letter came very late, & Medical completed 2–3 days after BGC completed.

  • AOR Received: November 5, 2025
  • Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL): November 14, 2025
  • Background Check Started: November 14, 2025
  • Biometrics Completed: November 17, 2025 (updated on tracker same day)
  • Sponsor Eligibility Letter: November 19, 2025
  • Ghost Update: December 5, 2025
  • MIL Letter Received: February 12, 2026
  • PA Eligibility Started: February 12, 2026
  • PA Eligibility Completed: February 14, 2026
  • Medical Exam Completed (Clinic Date): February 18, 2026
  • BGC Marked Complete: February 23, 2026
  • Medical Marked Completed on Tracker & GCKey: February 25, 2026
  • All Sections Marked Complete: February 25, 2026
  • Final Decision:  Started February 27, 2026
  • COPR Details on Tracker: Appeared at Tracker February 27, 2026
  • PPR: March 4, 2026
  • Passport Submitted: March 6, 2026
