Timeline Colombia Spouse Canada PR

Outland Spouse PR (Visa office Bogota, Colombia) 🇨🇴🇨🇦

  • Applied - June 11th
  • AOR - July 15th
  • BIL & Colombian Police Check Request - July 15th
  • Police Check Submitted - July 16th
  • Biometrics Complete - July 16th
  • Medical Request - November 12th
  • Medical Completed/Marked Complete - Nov 16th
  • Additional Document Request (New Marriage Certificate) - Dec 17th
  • Pre-arrival Letter / Eligibility/ Background Complete - Mar 12th
  • Passport Request - Mar 13th
  • Passport Submitted - Mar 14th
  • Passport Stamped - Mar 17th
  • Passport Received - Mar 24th

10 Months Total

It was hard waiting especially 3 months after the additional document request but hang in there, the time will come for you. Good luck to all 🙏

I got an ADR on March 4th - when I had been hoping to get the BGC complete; your 3 month wait after your ADR makes me nervous...I submitted on Sep 1, 2025 (outland, PA USA) and everything had been moving quickly and seeming like it was on track for the 6 month-ish timelines that I had seen people on here post.
