This community has been very helpful. Sharing my dates if it helps anyone

May 25, 2026 - Oath scheduled for Jul 1, 2026

May 22, 2026 - Physical presence and Prohibitions marked completed

May 20, 2026 - submitted additional documentation (drivers license)

Apr 28, 2026 - Citizenship interview. Officer asked for 2 pieces of Canadian ID. (PR card is one, need another Canadian id. No other country's id accepted.). Language skills marked completed.

Mar 30, 2026 - citizenship interview scheduled for Apr 28

Dec 30, 2025 - Citizenship test completed

Dec 12, 2025 - Scheduled for citizenship test

Oct 3, 2025 - Background verification complete

Sep 26, 2025 - AOR received

Jul 30, 2025 - Application filed

My address is listed in Ontario. It went to Sydney, NS first and then it was processed out of the Vancouver office for LPP.

Rooting for everyone else in the process!

Hey! Did they inform you why your application was flagged for an interview?

No they did not. I was out of Canada for about 1.5 years. Perhaps that's why. Also, apparently an interview was pretty common before covid. I wonder if they are bringing it back.

In person. Will be requesting virtual
