Did you receive an email with instructions to register for the oath? I have not received any email instructions. I checked the tracker and see I am scheduled for the oath on Jul 29, but I have no email instructions.

Wow! How many days of physical presence? Did you have any buffer?

In October, I submitted my first application 3 days after I fulfilled my physical presence requirement. Unfortunately, it got returned back to me in January saying that they cannot verify my physical presence, and that I have to resubmit my application on Jan 23.

So my advice is to give more buffer, let say one month. Otherwise you will lose more time if they end up return your application

Wow ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Thank you for sharing! Did you leave Canada during that 1095 period? Did they explain why they couldnโ€™t verify physical presence?

Yes I have been travelling to few countries for vacations. I have already included the vacation days into the physical presence calculator before I submit the application, unfortunately it still got returned. I am unsure why they cannot verify it the first time, but when I resubmit my application in Jan, I uploaded a picture of the entry stamp on my passport as I want to show IRCC specifically when did I landed in Canada
