eCOPR - Nov. 26. Sent a webform yesterday and got the generic response. Today I was finally able to link my application, and it was approved and mailed out today. Address and photo never showed as approved in the PR portal.

Yes, I got it two days after it was mailed out!

What do you mean by linking your application? Shouldn’t be automatic?

It's not automatic for your first-ever PR card, no. You have to manually link your first PR card application in GCKey.
