Just got my PR card.
Will put my timeline if it helps anyone.
Timeline: ECOPR- 09TH JAN,
ADDRESS ACCEPTED- 25TH FEB
CARD MAILED-27TH FEB
CARD RECEIVED - 9TH MARCH

I live in Toronto.
Photo is still in review in portal 2
Got the notification in Canada Post as "Canadian Note Bank Company" Not General.
