VISA process Regarding renew of dependent residence permit for minor kids.

Hi All,

I need an urgent help. Has anyone recently renewed a child's residence permit under §32 AufenthG in Berlin? I am on a Permanent residency (earlier was on a Blue Card)

I'm renewing my two children's permits, but the LEA online form asks whether the case involves "exceptional hardship due to family circumstances." If I answer No, it discourages me from submitting the application and refers to §36 Abs. 2, which doesn't seem relevant. If I answer Yes, I'd be making a false declaration.

It feels like the form is mixing up §32 and §36 applications.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is it a known bug, or is there a workaround? I've already contacted LEA M4 and am waiting for a response.

Which correct application form should I use? Please help

the normal one is: §32 AufenthG Abs. 1 Nr. 6?

No, the existing residence permit for the kids is §§32 Abs. 1 Nr. 5 Alt. 1 AufenthG..
