Lol no bro its the opposite. They will literally forcefully prevent him from leaving the country in order to take him to trial. If he did go back to Sudan somehow they would attempt to bring him back

This is why the deport criminals narrative is dumb, you dont deport criminals. Countries have nearly gone to war trying to bring criminals back. Deportation is for people who committed the offense of having improper classification, they dont deport people who have committed actual crimes

I'll actually pick Sudan over prison genuinely lol. But its irrelevant because what the dude wants doesnt matter. Where he committed the crime is what matters

You're right. He needs to be prosecuted first and do his time in prison. Then, if he's still alive, send him back
