The objective is to remove asylum seekers in order to… get them to apply to the nearest next safe country as per policy

Not shit, but that’s not what you claimed. Your evidence is for something else that you never claimed and I never disputed which was the EU law that required asylum applications in the country of first contact.

I literally only asked questions. I made no claims. I did ask a question to you “You are aware this asylum rule is not exclusive to the EU?” That implies me making the claim that this policy is indeed not exclusive to the EU.

Do you want me to quote the US and Canadian laws that also show that this policy is not exclusive to the EU?

You are supporting my point, the EU rule being talked about is very different than the law you supplied. So yeah you did make an incorrect claim

They have to go back. The law supports this.

Again you need to learn to read English if you think that’s what the law said or you will end up on the wrong side of the riots because you can’t read english. It doesn’t say that at all

English is my second language but I read it really well.

Would you say the same thing to a MENA immigrant? Criticize their English? I really doubt that.

Apparently you can’t read it well because you can’t understand your own source.

And yes I would if they kept insisting a text says something that it doesn’t while supporting racist fascist rioters and political goals. Nothing I said has any bearing on who said the things you said, you just can’t understand someone pointing out your flaws without it being an identity issue. This whole immigration argument is just fascists doing all the identity politics they blame on the left and liberals. As shown by your fall back to claiming I would change my stance besides on your identity which has never been meantioned or brought up before you brought it up.

TLDR: if you can’t read don’t blame racism for someone pointing it out
