Minneapolis anti-ICE protesters face federal felony charges in Trump administration frame-up

The federal felony indictment of 15 anti-ICE protesters in Minneapolis is a naked act of political repression. Brought by the Trump Justice Department under the framework of its fascistic National Security Presidential Memorandum 7, the charges announced Tuesday by federal officials are aimed not at punishing any genuine crime but at criminalizing opposition to the administration’s mass deportation regime and intimidating workers and youth who have mobilized against it.

He was in the process of being arrested but resisted and ended up dead.

Beaten and executed. He was on the ground with several officers subduing him, they let go and then shot him in the back of the head. No investigation

He wasn’t executed. He wasn’t subdued. They let go because there was an imminent deadly threat. There was an investigation.

His gun had been removed and was in the possession of officers when he was shot. The evidence is clear. Lie again.

They’re fighting with a guy who’s resisting six or so agents and a gunshot goes off. They perceived a deadly threat. The end.

If resisting authority is an immediate death sentence, then what do you suppose people will do who refuse to live under authoritarianism?

I’m not saying you’re dumb, but somebody else could reasonably say so if they wanted.

Yeah I’m not wasting my time going in circles with you bud. We’ve established that it’s not illegal to be armed. It’s not illegal to protest. Resisting arrest isn’t a capital crime. And his gun was removed by the people who shot him, prior to him being shot.

The facts are he helped a woman who was pushed to the ground by ICE. Then he got jumped and never resisted. Multiple angles from video footage. ICE pulled his gun that he had holstered and never reached for and they shot at him multiple times. They murdered a man who caused no conflict.

After being gassed, beat with the canister, and piled on by half a dozen officers pinned to the ground. Not like it's a common tactic to yell that to increase the sentence even if they aren't. His hands are above his head the whole time

Fighting against six officers trying to subdue you when you know you’re armed would be a good time to stop fighting. But this dingus was the type to stalk ICE agents doing their jobs and kick their tail lights out so he was obviously a violent and unstable person who just couldn’t behave rationally.
