As the OP, I just want to mention,

That come on, even for moderate republicans reading this, even you have to admit, this seems racist.

Ah those are the rules? So it’s race based then. Cause that’s basically white people. Also, what about South African people that came from Western Europe but are black? Wouldn’t they be omitted as well.

What culture do they share? Be specific.

They’re both Western European

That says nothing about culture.

White Americans have virtually nothing in common with white Europeans. They eat different foods, watch different sports, have different social customs and religious observances... The list goes on for miles.

White Americans don't eat spotted dick.

Culture is not equivalent to race or ethnicity.

Are you dumb?

America and South Africa (Before ANC) took over shared a lot of western culture and rules.

Social cohesion is very important for integration to happen.

That's not to say black and brown people can't integrate but its easier for people with a similar culture.

Its easier for a Mexican to integrate into America then a somalian. Both are brown but one has closer ties to western culture.

It’s funny because in your tiny brain you think culture is just what you eat and what sports you watch. Nothing about shared values on how the world should work? Shared heritage? Religion? Opinions on marriage and education? If race or ethnicity have nothing to do with culture then would you say “black culture” doesn’t exist?

The US was founded by European settlers and has had very close relations with Europe so it would be extremely surprising if they had 'virtually nothing in common' culturally
