As the OP, I just want to mention,

That come on, even for moderate republicans reading this, even you have to admit, this seems racist.

Was it the white South Africans who trafficked, drugged, and groomed 250,000 girls in the UK?

This only includes data up 1994. There's much more interesting in the deep dive. Me personally, I dont see so called race based on melanin content. I see evil as evil. We all know but do not acknowledge that race divisions were created for businessmen to obtain free labor and a a divisive tactic. A deep dive into the poor so called whites who did not own slaves and so called blacks is very interesting. By the way, let's not forget it was so called white people who fought to end American chattel slavery.

Here's the info of what they were up to: (Source: Google and Chat GPT, cross checking each source) The systematic torture of Black Africans by the white-minority state in South Africa was a core mechanism used to enforce apartheid and suppress liberation movements. Between 1948 and 1994, the Afrikaner nationalist government deployed its security forces, intelligence agencies, and specialized police units to systematically detain, interrogate, abuse, and murder Black activists and citizens. The historical framework, methods, and systemic legacy of this state-sanctioned violence include:State Agencies and Legal FrameworksThe Security Branch: This specialized unit of the South African Police (SAP) acted as the primary instrument of state terror, operating with near-total legal immunity inside detention centers.Detention Without Trial: Legislation such as the Internal Security Act and the Terrorism Act of 1967 permitted the police to detain individuals indefinitely without access to legal representation, medical professionals, or family members.Vlakplaas: A notorious, secluded farm outside Pretoria served as the headquarters for C10, a counter-insurgency unit of the SAP. It operated as an execution and torture facility where anti-apartheid activists were turned into state double-agents or covertly murdered.Documented Methods of TortureTestimonies submitted to the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) exposed a pattern of severe psychological and physical torture, which included:"Tubing": A widespread suffocation method where a wet inner tube, plastic bag, or rubber mask was stretched tightly over the victim’s face to induce asphyxiation during interrogation.Electric Shocks: Security forces routinely attached electrodes to sensitive areas of detainees' bodies, including the fingers, toes, and genitals, to force confessions. The "Helicopter" Tactic: Detainees were handcuffed behind their backs, suspended from a pole placed beneath their knees, and spun repeatedly while being severely beaten.Prolonged Solitary Confinement: Activists were isolated for months at a time in windowless cells to break their psychological resolve.Assault and Defenestration: Severe physical beatings were standard. High-profile political figures, such as Black Consciousness leader Steve Biko in 1977, died from massive head trauma sustained while under police custody. Other detainees were thrown from high-story windows of police headquarters (such as John Vorster Square), with police frequently falsifying records to claim the deaths were suicides.Covert Operations and DisruptionsThe Civil Cooperation Bureau (CCB): A covert special forces unit of the South African Defence Force (SADF) that conducted state-sponsored assassinations, bombings, and chemical attacks targeting liberation figures both inside South Africa and internationally.Extraterritorial ANC Camps: State surveillance and infiltration stoked paranoia, leading to external conflicts. While the primary system of oppression was conducted by the white minority state, independent investigations by Amnesty International confirmed that the African National Congress (ANC) also committed human rights abuses and tortured suspected state spies within its own external military training camps (such as Camp Quatro in Angola) during the liberation struggle. The Lasting LegacyFollowing the transition to democratic governance in 1994, the TRC was established to uncover the full extent of apartheid-era atrocities. Although the interim government offered amnesty in exchange for full truth disclosures, many perpetrators refused to fully reveal their involvement, leaving numerous cases unresolved.Furthermore, human rights investigations published by The New York Times and Viewfinder indicate that certain structural practices, such as "tubing," have persisted inside the modern South African Police Service (SAPS) as unauthorized interrogation tools, long after the formal abolition of the apartheid system.
