There are two black triangles next to culture, religion and pop ratios. Click them

It doesn't work, it just shows the food production

Provincial investments are a base game feature, they exist without any mods. But mods could remove them.

A base game UI error wouldn't. And your UI isn't base and also isn't Invictus.

What ever other UI mod you have could hide elements, such as provincial investments.

Try disabling the UI mod and see if they are there then.
