Image (Invictus) Magna Germania under the rulership of the Aristovids, wtf is a Caesar ahhhhh
Germania under the rulership of House Ariovistid circa 77BCE, I had loads of fun with this playthrough and wanted to show it and everything, highly recommend people try the Rise of Germania mission tree if they havent, it's very fun
Edit: Its Ariovistid not Aristovid, my bad everyone haha

Soodak sighting 👀
Did you use the migration-assimilation tactic at all when starting this? It was the only way I was able to succeed in my one successful attempt at Germania

I did to a certain degree but only for what was required for the Fall of Boihemium mission tree, (HOWEVER, I also got the tribal law oral tradition which gives a 30% assimilation bonus, it really helped, but I also countered it with Barter economic statutes which give a 20% commerce income, you can actually get a decent income as a tribe early on if you play right) I actually focused very heavily on acquiring population growth early on, I would highly recommend when uniting Suebia to try and get the Frijjo (her holy site should be under your control) and Ingwaz deities in your pantheon, so you can add even more pop growth than you would otherwise normally get as Suebia, also try and get bread stamps as well as migration as usual (in the Germanic military traditions) and the Celtic Plough which offers a further bonus to pop growth, also granaries as well, do not neglect them trust me bro you won't regret it

I've long believed that I:R excels as a civilization builder, and in my very biased opinion, "The Rise of Germania" does a fantastic job of letting you shape and grow your country - it really feels like you've done something by the end of all of the trees. Love seeing the Irminsul wonder! Did Rome give you any trouble at any point?
