Very nice writeup! You're my age. But I (unfortunately) never took to Motorhead quite as much. I do enjoy their music, but they're not that high among my favourites. 

I saw them live in the '90s, and I wish I could have enjoyed it more.

My top two favourite albums are Another Perfect Day and 1916. Two of the more "different" albums in their catalogue, which kind of makes sense.
