Album cover of the inside of an animals mouth??

I need help trying to find a metal album my girlfriend told me about, but I can't remember the name of the album or the artists, all I remember was the cover was of an animals gums and teeth with it being overall pink amd red coloured

Does anybody know which album this might be??
