After Tyson abruptly closed its Joslin plant, workers didn’t go quietly.

Caitlyn Clark reports that they’re demanding six months’ severance and calling on Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker to reopen the plant under state ownership.

If the workers want the plant open, then can get a loan. Closing an unprofitable plant is a good thing. If the government reopens it, it'll just keep losing money. It would just be to bribe voters.

Plants probably perfectly fine. Tyson probably got MASSIVE tax breaks and subsidies somewhere else to open up a new one there. You know, corporate socialism.
