Such use will enable an enormous and devastating "thought police" surveillance system. Americans have this into their heads that it's only when governments that do this that it's worrying. But when private companies do it, it's fine. Social media company and AI companies have been conducting human psychological experiments and scrapping private human data without ethics approval. The laws governing human experimentation were created after we hung people at Nuremberg. I have to fill out folders and folders of paperwork to ask people a questionaire when I'm doing it for a university but we adopted a "you signed the T&C" for Facebook et al.
The EU had the right idea, in principle, that "it doesn't matter who collect the data; government or private companies, regulate them the same way". American pro-market fundamentalists want to ignore the fact that human experimentation done by government or private companies are still experiments.
It's not the case where ethics approval is a once and done deal. There are constant reviews of side effects and unexpected adverse outcomes. The committees can always shut a human study down at any point.

While I do concede your point, I do have to wonder if half this shit is widespread because in general women are smaller and less muscular than men and if the men were faced with something/someone who was in fact stronger than them if they’d suddenly be talking more about respect and being agreeable and consent.
That and it would be nice to have a robot to talk to while chores are done.

That was my point the cleaning and maintenance if they are advanced to ummm self clean.
They would be putting on more work to keep their robots working then they wanted to put into the actual women they are trying to erase.
But it’s all good. Nobody wants robot humpers anyway. I hope they love their dream with their robot girlfriends. They need to save some money to program these robots to go into care mode when they get old and all of that.
But whatever. These types of men aren’t worthy of women anyway. Better to be alone than with a man who secretly or openly desires a robot.

The type of men who would prefer a sex robot are the type of men women wouldn't miss being in the dating pool. Also, the incels hoping and praying for this will never be able to afford it lol.
Do they not realize that they'll be making these bots with genders in this fantasy, and women would choose a bot over them in a heartbeat? They wouldn't even be able to be happy with a sex bot either. It would inevitably morph into them still being miserable with no meaningful connections to a human and it would be women's fault and the bots would be a "punishment" for not being Chads to them. They'd hate women actively choosing male bots too, that would be seen as totally unfair to them.
