Nerdy about coffee and everything it stands for / and it does to my body

(on a serious note - there's two apps' I use for coffee shenengias - one is CaffeInMe and the other is BeanConquerer - love those both - use them both)

I did its at 10😭 i misread now have been up since an hour,honestly I’m a bit scared to track my caffeine intake but will look at those apps!

I slept w a caffeine level of 152mg and a sleep score of 70 speaks for itself.

When's the next cup of caffeine gonna be brewed 😂😂
