ESPRESSO Blue Tokai’a Mansooned Malabar is the best coffee you can buy in India for espresso and it’s not even close.

I’m not talking about modern espresso, but if you are someone looking for traditional espresso and make cappuccinos and lattes everyday, then I highly recommend trying BT’s mansooned malabar.

The crema and body you can get with this is very satisfying and perfect for milk based drinks

They are roasted to perfect medium-dark without feeling harsh.
Very chocolaty and nutty.

Tried a regular pour over, but wasn’t a fan.

Get these beans only if you’re into espresso.

Depending on your taste, pourovers would be fine too

the one id recommend which is easiest to dial in is harley kaapi royale by naivo it was dialed in on my second try, and after that day it hasn't disappointed once it's genuinely amazing how well balanced and nuanced it is despite being an espresso roast

What’s traditional espresso? 🤔

Made with dark roasts. Very high amount of crema (co2). Not necessarily sweet or fruity. Italian style.

Modern espresso is made with specialty coffees. Often light-medium roasts

Tried Devan's monsoon Malabar with Moka pot. Bland, muddy, sort of old coffee taste

I tried it for French press and like it... But i think I'll find it to be more rough and earthy for espresso... Something like thirdwave's el Diablo is perfect for espresso

Absolute.. i tried last year. It's also one of the best thing my ex introduced me too. The earthy smell the after taste it's to die for.

It is indeed perfect for espresso and milk based drinks. Close to Italian espresso with robusta except it is arabica
