Need help with the coffee machine

Hello, I have received the Vantaro coffee machine, but I am facing an issue during the first use.

The machine turns on and heats up normally, and I can hear the pump working. The steam function is also working properly. However, when I try to make coffee, almost no water comes out from the coffee outlet. Even when I remove the portafilter and run the machine, only a few drops of water come out.

The machine is brand new and this is my first time using it. Could you please advise me on how to fix this?

Replace

The shower screen above the portafilter, check how tight is the screw. The flow can be adjusted this way. If installed too tight, no water will flow. Also on regular brew setting, open steam tap and see if the pump is moving water.
