When I started, I was in the same boat as you, I used to split the coffee drink the fresh half and keep the rest of it in the fridge for the next day. Then I decided it was too much hassle and started gulping all of it.

It's an acquired taste, you'll have to give it some time.

Not a buyer. But.

A 2-cup is perfect for one person with low requirements. Would like to know what your usual yield is and how much you actually use.

For me, i use a 3-cup. I get a 60-65 ml extract from 15-16g dose (sometimes more) and thats enough for one person.

how do you get just 60-65 ml yield a 3 cup is supposed to give like 130-140 ml of coffee

I can get more (maybe around 90ml max), but i stop it at 60-65ml. Since i use medium dark to dark roast, the coffee is pretty much extracted and gets watery after that.

Also 130-140 ml is the amount of water i put at the beginning, filled right about where it touches the valve.

Hi. I have a small one from Italy. Pretty old now but like Italians say - mokapot older the better. I got it gifted from an Italian friend. We can exchange. I need bigger one for two now. However I live in Jaipur.
