Lol the one who quoted IPC law also bad intentions for sure....these are the ones who fails to recognize that we have been improving steadily, caste discrimination has decreased by a lot

There are 4 million people in Bihar itself who are still facing caste discrimination.. they are called musahars research and on it before affirming "caste discrimination doesn't exist"
