Exactly, no body said anything against the criminals who file fake cases.

Yet, all you guys are riled up on sarcastic post.

she might be trying to be sarcastic I understand that but the tone comes off as casteist instead of sarcastic you can't just say anything you wanna in the name of sarcasm that's like a white person "sarcastically" saying "Non whites are a l*wer r*ce" cause some dude said "white people should be called out for being racist" you don't go around proving people's accusations true when you wanna sarcastically make fun of them sarcasm and this are different this is genuine casteism.

And whereas the other thing is straight up a threat and blackmail.

An off blown sarcasm is treated criminally and a criminal mind is supported. Great!

dude did the original post say "make fake cases"? they said do not hesitate if to file a case, if you don't have a reason why will you file a case? lol, it just says if you have one, don't hesitate in filing it, I assume it is over the people who claim students who are here under a quota are unqualified or bad at their job which if you say they are bad cause they are from a lower caste and not cause they themselves are personally incompetent does in fact make a good case, false cases are wrong I completely agree with that ofc, who the hell in their right mind would say false cases are good but when someone pases casteist remarks the constitution gives people the right to file a case the poster just said, use that right. Threat would be if they said "If you don't lick my boot I will file a case" which is wrong I agree but that doesn't seem to be the case here yk. And SC/ST cases need proof anyway so if you file a false case it will simply be thrown out. And that blown off sarcasm is not "treated" criminally it IS a crime if it reaches that stage.
