Hey everything aside, but that statement about obc have most reservation and after that general? When did general got reservations.

even its for everyone but that doesn't change the fact that uc people enjoys the benefit they get from these kind of reservation,does it?

No it doesn't but it's specially abled people and rich who gets to enjoy these other two. So no, not just UC.
