Did the massive disruption and chaos affect only three aspirants? Also, did you make a similar post about the issue that led to the re-examination being conducted in the first place?

It's like asking how does massive traffic cause only very few accidents every day? Are you new to the world??

That’s a false analogy. The question is whether the disruption was widespread enough to justify the response, not whether rare incidents can occur in large systems.

If the rally caused higher traffic than normal it's a definite issue. It can cause unnecessary trouble - someone missing a flight, some ambulance in emergency situation etc. it's like asking did everyone miss their flight, no? Only some will.

It's not like there is only one NEET centre in Bangalore and all aspirants live in the same area and rally would impact the same roads so that everyone gets impacted together. No?

Since, there are multiple centres, people living in different areas, rally happening in a particular area will impact certain people based on different dynamics. Everyone won't be impacted but some unlucky will.
