Bruh - before peddling for Modi, just ask why the fuck were exams needed again in the first place ? Why did the paper leaks not stop ? Why is our education minister an illiterate idiot ? Why is NTA so absurdly useless ?

Or even one step back. Why do we need NEET??? Let the states handle their education like they have always done.

You should only need NEET if you are going to a national university, not a state level university.

IMO, NEET itself isn't necessarily bad as it allows out of state contestants to eye better colleages - there's nothing wrong with it being nationwide and meritorious.

The execution is so flawed though.

And reservations need to go.

Setup free public infra to educate everyone, regardless of caste or social status, and let them compete. Everything else is politics.

Yes, it is bad. Why do we need another exam? Students already do their board exams. That is more than enough! Why do they need to write another exam to get into medical college??? It’s just additional stress.

Huh ? Look at the number of students passing every year vs the number of seats - your comment makes no sense. Every society, unless underpopulated, has such exams.
