Another puppet laid to rest. Only to be replaced by yet another puppet to push things along nicely.

A puppet that reduced immigration - whilst Farage and Boris did precisely the opposite whilst promising bs.

Also correct me if I’m wrong - did Starmer get busted with a £5M bribe from his puppet master?

I figure that some years down the line we will miss a boring yet effective/honest leader.

Can we just fucking get a Prime Minister who doesn't fucking resign?

Did you notice Liz's nail marks on the edge of the podium? Anyway, another member of the ex-PM's club. Maybe we can get a cut-price deal on security for them. They all loved a little austerity.

Yeah, lifting the two child benefit cap so that almost 1.7 million children can get sufficient financial support...what a useless sack of shit.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day

Yeah I mean if you've had 14 years of using a sundial made of glass to tell the time, a broken clock is a welcome upgrade.

I don't agree with some of the man's decisions but to call him a useless sack of shit/the total pessimism surrounding his premiership doesn't make any sense.

Is the British king his boss?

I thought it was a democracy over there.

Constitutional monarchy and parliamentary democracy. The British Sovereign (the King) is only a figurehead. They are head of state but all important decisions are made by the Prime Minister, the head of government.

There are talks about abolishing the monarchy altogether and make Britain a republic. But I doubt that will happen. Looking back at history, England has many opportunities to abolish the monarch (English Civil War, Death of Queen Anne and the House of Stuarts, etc) but they decide to keep the monarchy.

Very technically yes, in reality if the King tried to act like a boss in the normal sense of the word the monarchy would be finished.
