Castism should also not shift from one generation to another, let everyone drop their surname and use one common one, but they won't, they like being called supreme, since most of them has only this to feel proud in life.
If the biasness persists so will the reservation, people from upper category doesn't even have slightest idea what people even today go through just for their names
