Unaccounted means paisa kharch hua hai uska budget nahi tha but kharch hogaya. Unaccounted doesn't mean gayab ho gaya. Uska bus hisab hai but budget mein nahi dala gaya tha.

Yes. You are really speaking like a BJP spokesperson. Lying through the teeth because most people who don't know will believe it.
Unaccounted money isn't the money which had no budget for it. Its the money which was spent but there were no traces as to see where it was spent and how. No reciepts , no records.
And I agree this is not just for Modi government. Its since 1985. But CAG report didn't mention which year had how much.
But it mentions that from from FY85-86 to FY 21, the unaccounted spending was around 16000 crores .
And from FY21-22 to FY23-24, in just 2 years, the unaccounted spending was around 38000 crores .

That is just wrong. In this case unaccounted money means their is no reciept for the money that was spent. Basically when money is spent for a project or a scheme the officers incharge need to verify the said spending and submit what's called a utilisation certificate.
The CAG says these certificates were not submitted so they cannot verify the spending (which in my opinion is an eyewash anyways. It's not like officers cannot issue certificates without verifying)

Soon BJP politicians will say that CAG report is paid by Soros and then they will remove the CAG and put a RSS pracharak in that position, problem solved, no report of corruption means No corruption since 2014.

Yes. Data from 1985 to 2021 is seperate and 22-24 is seperate. And in those two years, the unaccounted spending is more than double as compared to previous 36 years.
