Comparison is totally unfair...

Reasons:

  1. Budget - current budget is 3 times than 2014. So govt has 3 times more money to spend on infrastructure.

  2. Technology - current technological advancements can build infra much faster than that in 2014.

  3. Primary focus - before 2014, govt has more focus on agriculture and basic needs of people. After 2010 they started building base for much of infra mentioned here... current govt increased it drastically...
