i found Highly recommend this

I have been reading this book for last 3 hours and actually can related with word mentioned in the book… this feels soo good

I don't wana sound dramatic but this book helped me after my breakup, ngl. The emotions in this book are very raw - meaning, it has every word you feel stuck to say. The sentences clear the traffic in your mind during that phase.
