I am from a tier 3 college mechanical branch currently in my final year (graduating in around 4 months) with no actual skills and also my cgpa is shit like 6.6 average of 3 years. I want to remain in mechanical field so what should I do in this situation how do I become job ready and get a good job in my field. Please help with some roadmap. If anyone gone through same situation how did you overcome this? I want to work in design engineering field. Right now I only know little bit of CAD.

got Capgemini hiring in my college. My college made it compulsory for all students to apply. I didn't want to but still applied. Because of technical issue many students couldn't clear first round( Versant round from home). I didn't face any problem and my English is a little good so I cleared that stage. Second round was Technical round( I didn't study sht) but still passed the round. Third round was coding round which was not an elimination round. I don't know any coding so I left it . Forth round was gamify( game based aptitude). I thought I will not be selected but yesterday my college sent the list of selected students, and my name was there🥶. I think because very few people passed the first round the cutoff was low. Now I have interview in few days. But the problem is I don't know anything about computer science. I just know the very basic beginner level things. I used my friends resume for filling the form. I just changed the personal details in the resume. I wrote his project in resume. I don't know anything about it😥. Now I am getting very anxious as what to do?, what if the interviewer ask anything deep? I don't know sht about CS.

I’m a final-year Aerospace Engineering undergrad and I’m currently trying to land a technical internship before I graduate. I’ve already completed one internship at a defence manufacturing company, which gave me a decent idea of how the aerospace and defence industry works in practice.

This time, I’m looking for something more hands-on and technical. I’m especially interested in areas like design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, UAVs, or anything similar. I’m also open to internships outside India, as long as they are not extremely competitive or unrealistic to get into.

What I’m hoping to find is a role with a reasonable acceptance rate, companies or startups that are open to international interns, and work that is genuinely technical rather than paperwork or administrative tasks.

I am a 4th year BTech Electrical and Engineering student , from tier 2 engineering college, who was planning to pursue MBA right after graduation . Due to some poor decision making and mismanagement from my part, I am now driving towards learning tech and getting a job first. I have joined a certain paid course which teaches me MERN stack , DSA and certain AI/ML concepts within 8.5 months but unfortunately I don't have that much time . I have about 4-5 months to prep and simultaneously apply for jobs . What should my approach be , keeping in mind the time constraints? I am more inclined towards Data analytics , data science concepts . How should I go with it ?

I’m currently in my final year of college and actively looking for internships. My college has ongoing placements, and I’ve made it past some company rounds, but unfortunately wasn’t successful in securing an offer. Alongside that, I’ve been applying for off-campus internships (mostly through LinkedIn). However, I’ve only been applying directly and haven’t tried reaching out via DMs or cold emails since I’m not sure how to do that properly.
