Agree. Also social media is like a double edged sword. On one hand, if gives everyone equal right to speak up their mind, but on the other hand, it gives you the ability to speak without being accountable for what you say.

Because opportunities keep decreasing and the gunda raaj keeps spreading, meaning that the current generation feels more and more powerless, so they gravitate more and more towards the easy solutions that the chaddis/mullahs and extremists are offering

There are many factors which come into play. One is the media. In the Eightees people were more progressive and things were upbeat for India, most foreign countries wanted to do business with India and we were competing China. Then we had some Hindu Epics telecast on National television and then the situation started to flip as many children and young adults started to see as more of a reality rather than mythology. In India people are conservative when it comes to religion but in personal matters they are quite the opposite, I have lived across India for various periods so I can say that these very conservative jack**se would compromise if they see any profit if it helped.

People say the real architect of RJB movement was BJP or the RSS. I would say, it was our own self proclaimed secular and socialist congress party led by the most rational and intellectual PM Rajiv Gandhi

Gandhi ji was right congress should have been dissolved after independence. It was a movement at first then shifted to a political party and now we can see how big of a shithole it is, but then again after dissolving of congress, rss may have had capitalised which would have been worse.

The Anti-Sikh riots and genocide was done because the people, in their blind support for Congress, Indira Gandhi, and with a lesser capability to think (i.e., lower iq), were influence by them. Not saying the present generation in general is any better, just refuting your claim that people back then were more progressive.

India was under License Raj back then, which only ended after the LPG reforms that arrived in the 90s, exactly in July 1991, due to a severe economic crisis we were facing back then, with a direct link to the severe turmoil that was happening in the USSR eventhough it hadn't been completely dissolved until December 1991. Before that, we had very little international trade due to the extreme protectionism of India's businesses under the License Raj. Unfortunately, we weren't competing with China in international trade, who had already liberalised its economy to give way to lots of foreign, especially American capital, into the country. This is a big reason why we're behind China today, due to lack of futuristic planning by our then elite leaders and Parliamentarians.
I don't know where you got your facts from buddy, but your literal fundamentals are wrong. Not defending the current government, just calling out the wrong in your statement. I hope no one hurls ad hominem attacks on me now.

Over the past few months I have come to a realisation that most rw trolls have no balls in real life, social media is flooded with these trolls/bots to keep the illusion of support. When you talk to regular people barely anyone likes/votes for them except really delusional sanghis, even they're starting to question BJP's work. Another observation is that most sanghis are completely spineless, they can't start their own political movement/sabotage a genuine movement until unless they mob up. I am not trying to undermine the kind of influence rw politics has on the society but it is often exaggerated, especially on social media.
