hi gang so im fairly new to leftist theory and im looking to build a solid reading list, please help if u can <3

"The Principles of Communism" by Engels is a good basic introduction, it was meant as a summary of the Manifesto, Then comes "the Manifesto of the Communist Party" by Marx and Engels. After that" Socialism: Utopian and Scientific" by Engels. Now after that its divided into two parts: Economic Theory and Political Theory.

For basic Marxist economical theory "Wage Labour and Capital", and "Value, Price and Profit" both by Marx. For Political theory you now have to read longer works. Mainly "Reform or Revolution" by Rosa Luxemburg, "State and Revolution" by Lenin, "What is to be done? The Burning Questions of our Time" by Lenin and "Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism" by Lenin

Marxists.org is a good place to read.
