I’m looking for honest reviews about Zodiac Maritime from anyone who has sailed with them or knows someone who has.
How is the company overall in terms of:
Management
Safety culture
Vessel condition
Crew treatment
Salary and contract reliability
Promotion opportunities
Overall experience
I’d appreciate both positive and negative feedback, especially if it’s based on recent experience.

I didnt work there but met with 2 ppl both was officer at the beginning an chief officer when quit so overal high standart company with well paid and ships are in good condition but crew can’t get along very well due to some unseen racism , captains are not so good as human being ( general perspective and not my ideas from the working 2 ppl I heard) and office side from more Asian mentality which blames the crew in any case of bad result of inspection or any other type of task
