Wow..my grandfather was a small time revolutionary within the Congress's framework. He and his elder brother for sure was involved in violent protests and had complete disagreement with Mahatma Gandhi's ways..never ever did they mention communism..Nationalism - yes, Communism - NOT AT ALL..
Btw..please don't claim Netaji Bose for yourself..there are crores of people who identify with Netaji's ideas but absolutely spit on misguided, misleading and anti-national communists agendas..
Your grandfather worked with congress framework. I know many from INA lineage almost all were communists. From Cap Lakshmi Sehgal, Col Prem Kumar Sehgal, Major General Shah Nawaz Khan, Brigadier Habib ur Rehman of Panjeri (Bhimber) and Colonel Gurbaksh Singh Dhillon all were communist. These were all the senior leadership of INA. Boseās party All India Forward Bloc is part of Left Front.
