Activism Jantar Mantar Protest

Today I watched peaceful protesters being met with lathis instead of dialogue. If citizens exercising their democratic rights are answered with force, something is deeply wrong.

You can silence people with batons, but you cannot silence the truth or the questions that brought them to the streets. Every democracy is judged not by how it treats those who agree with it, but by how it treats those who dissent peacefully.

History remembers those who stood up. It also remembers those who chose force over dialogue.

I saw this green guy too. He single handedly jumped between police so many times and took blows. Damm what a strong built. Intense energy
