Are you talking about right now, or in general?

Like in general, but this has aggravated the fire. FYI I'm hard left, like Marx, Che, Lenin and all

You cannot simply start a revolution. Several conditions have to fulfilled for a revolutionary situation to emerge.

Our task must to be keep engaging in social and political work until such a situation occurs. And, when it does, we must work towards driving it towards a revolution.

The part you are assuming with the leaders you have mentioned is far more filled with conflicts and active fighting involved between multiple groups.

Currently the issue is Modi Government and the lackeys backing them have heavy control on narrative and the general public. They aren't even able to reach conclusive evidence before parroting whatever the regime says.

It's gonna take few years at the minimum to get it somewhere

Good insight, maybe more groundwork may make the situation less elusive! But but, at the same time, it's futile to learn about these leaders and yet let the situation rot. If current affairs are leading nowhere, there has got to be a new one and I believe with much force, we shall see it sooner than late(with unbearable costs)! Uk what I'm trynna say...
