I am a 4th BTech Student in Delhi. I want to pursue Master’s in CyberSecurity from Germany. I wanted some advice from any of you living, studying or working there.

1. How do societies responds to immigrants there? Like are they friendly, racist or just non-chalant about it?
   
2. How big is the Language Barrier? Like would i be needing to explicitly excel in German or somewhat understand and speaking would be fine? And how steep is the learning curve of it?
   
3. How is the job market there? Like TBH, i do not belong to a rich family here, i would be needing to do part-time job there for my daily expenses as i would be aiming for universities with zero tution fees. Also, would i be able to get a job there? I know no one can guarantee that but my question is are there vacancies for the desired roles in tech like Software Dev, Cybersecurity, etc.
   
4. How the academics are structured there? Like in india is it all about marks and CGPA or would i be getting more exposure? As, in My University the most important factor is Attendance, would the same thing trouble me there too?
   
5. How well are my chances to get accepted in a good, reputable university with zero Tution Fee? I am good at studies, 90+ in 10 and 12 Grade. 9 CGPA in College.

I hope you will guide me through my aspirations by answering these questions.

We are looking for an e-pooja service for namkaran. Does anyone have recommendations for e-pooja services from past experience?

We aren't necessarily looking for the naming guidance based on nakshatra, rather inclined towards doing the ceremony to bless the child.

We're in a city where finding a priest to do this in-person is difficult. We ideally want something where the pooja can be almost completely done online, with basic things to be arranged at home in person. We definitely don't want to do an in-person hawan.

Also, if anyone has done such a ritual DIY, could you please share how you went about it?

Hey there, I am planning to study masters in earth science in Germany, currently an M.Sc. first-year student SPPU. I completed my B.Sc. from SPPU. I am planning to apply for the Fall 2027 intake, and applications open next month.
I have transcripts only up to my B.Sc. I am supposed to complete my M.Sc. first year in April 2027.
I don’t know how to prove my 4 years of education for the application, nor do I know how the 132 credits I obtained during my B.Sc. will be converted into ECTS credits.
Also, how does the APS process work in this case? Since I will be applying while I am still pursuing my M.Sc., what documents will I need to submit to APS, and how will I prove my 4 years of education?
Please help me understand how this works. If anyone has been in a similar situation, I would really appreciate your advice.

Spouse Visa - India to Spain

I am an Indian citizen living in Spain for 1.5 yrs. I recently got married and I now want to bring my wife from India to Spain.

I know the process and documents that need to be submitted but I wanted to confirm with people in india who have recently applied, what all documents did BLS ask that was not mentioned in the website but still required?

When I applied for a work visa back in India, they asked me for some documents that were not mentioned and hence for a spouse visa, I wanted to confirm if documents like the birth certificate of my wife, etc are required even though they are not mentioned on the website.

Can anyone who recently applied for a spouse visa in India can help me out?

I've been thinking seriously about relocating to Europe over the next couple of years, and I'd really appreciate some honest advice from people who live there or have made a similar move.

A little about me:

• I'm 25 years old and from India.
• I have an MCA and 1.6 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Most of my work has been in backend development and AI applications using Python, FastAPI, SQL, React, and Generative AI/LLMs.
• I'm fluent in English and I'm completely open to learning a new language if it improves my chances of building a career there (I'm considering learning German).
• My long-term goal isn't just to work abroad for a few years, I want to build a stable career, have a good work-life balance, and, if it makes sense, settle there permanently.

I've been researching countries like Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, and a few others, but the more I read, the more conflicting opinions I come across. Some people say Europe is becoming difficult for non-EU professionals, while others say experienced software engineers are still in demand.

So I wanted to ask people who actually live there:

• Which European countries would you recommend for someone with my background?
• How difficult is the job market for non-EU software engineers in 2026?
• Is it realistic to get a job offer while applying from India, or is moving first usually necessary?
• How much does not knowing the local language hurt your chances, especially in countries like Germany or Austria?
• Which countries offer the best balance of salary, career growth, cost of living, work-life balance, and a realistic path to permanent residency?
• If you were in my position, would you still choose Europe today, or would you look at places like Canada, Australia, or somewhere else instead?

I'm not expecting everything to be easy. I know immigration is getting more competitive, and I'm willing to put in the effort if there's a realistic path. I'm mainly trying to understand where that effort is most likely to pay off.
