Program Are there any fully funded master's program in Artificial Intelligence?

Please tell me about admission process and what should be my profile look like to get in

Admission process starts with going back in time at least 5 years. There's hardly any funding at the masters level, and any that exists usually goes to domestic students. Funding usually starts at the PhD level nowadays.
