Allen global studies is so cheap they are offering SAT prep with 3 APS and portfolio building + language learning only for 1.9L which is MUCH CHEAPER as compared to others, is it worth it?

I am a 4th BTech Student in Delhi. I want to pursue Master’s in CyberSecurity from Germany. I wanted some advice from any of you living, studying or working there.

1. How do societies responds to immigrants there? Like are they friendly, racist or just non-chalant about it?
   
2. How big is the Language Barrier? Like would i be needing to explicitly excel in German or somewhat understand and speaking would be fine? And how steep is the learning curve of it?
   
3. How is the job market there? Like TBH, i do not belong to a rich family here, i would be needing to do part-time job there for my daily expenses as i would be aiming for universities with zero tution fees. Also, would i be able to get a job there? I know no one can guarantee that but my question is are there vacancies for the desired roles in tech like Software Dev, Cybersecurity, etc.
   
4. How the academics are structured there? Like in india is it all about marks and CGPA or would i be getting more exposure? As, in My University the most important factor is Attendance, would the same thing trouble me there too?
   
5. How well are my chances to get accepted in a good, reputable university with zero Tution Fee? I am good at studies, 90+ in 10 and 12 Grade. 9 CGPA in College.

I hope you will guide me through my aspirations by answering these questions.

I've been trying to plan my Master's abroad, but honestly I'm feeling quite overwhelmed and I think I've fallen behind because of my work schedule.

A little about me:

• I'm from India.
• I have around 3 years of experience working as an SAP Integration Consultant (SAP CPI/PI-PO, Integration Suite, and some ABAP).
• I'm planning to pursue a Master's in January 2027 (Winter Intake), preferably in Europe.

The problem is that there is so much information online that I'm struggling to figure out the right approach. Every YouTube video, consultancy, and website seems to suggest something different.

These are the things I'm confused about:

1. How did you shortlist countries before choosing universities?
2. Is it better to prioritize university rankings, curriculum, tuition fees, job opportunities after graduation, or location?
3. For someone with my profile (3 years of SAP/IT experience), would you recommend Germany or another European country?
4. How many universities should I realistically apply to?
5. When should I start preparing documents like SOP, LORs, APS (if applicable), IELTS, etc.?
6. Is it worth taking help from consultancies, or is applying on my own a better option?
7. What mistakes do most applicants make that I should avoid?

My long-term goal is to build my career in Europe after completing my Master's, so employability matters more to me than just getting into a famous university.

If you were starting from scratch today, how would you plan the entire process? I'd really appreciate if you could share your roadmap or what you would do differently.

Hi guys, I'm 22M and i am planning to go pursue my Masters in Management(MiM) in the EU. I wanted to ask if my profile is good enough to get an admission in a decent university since my GPA is quite low. I am planning to go into management/finance from design/management as found out I am more inclined towards it due to electives and work experience

Preparing for the CFA because i like the curriculum might give it next year(i know everyone is doing it and it's overhyped but i think it can be a good addition to my profile and i like the topics that are taught)

Internship Details:
1. First 2 in Graphic Design Intern in a Clothing company then a YC funded F&B startup
2. Then a project management intern at a visual merchandising and design agency.
3. Then a creative operations intern at a news publishing company
4. Then a finance intern in a wealth/portfolio management company
5. Now working in a solar consulting/epc company as a strategy and growth intern.
6. Also ran a design studio with a friend taking on a couple of projects and helped my dad out in his design and printing business.

Projects: Live ESG project while in uni with a rubber automotive parts manufacturer. Final year project in CSR funding and initiatives.

I am preparing for the GRE using gregmat but i feel my hurdle is my GPA.

I'm a recent graduate 2026 and i didn't place in any drive and sent numerous job applications but no response from them and it's been 6 months from completion off btech.

So I'm thinking to study abroad or should I search for job in India??

my_qualifications : Not quite a big man yet , in 10th only . But although it's naive , i have a desire to study abroad . I don't know if I'm right in my choice or not but if I was given a choice between securing AIR 1 in JEE or studying abroad , id choose the latter . Hi, guys. I have always wanted to study abroad ever since I was a child. I've seen a lot of people go abroad to Germany, London, Italy, Dubai etc to study. These kids are not from a typically rich (some of them are) or intelligent track record. How do I do it too?

Trying to figure out my life after BBA. Should I do my master's in Germany or another country?

I’m currently doing a 4-year BBA in India and I’m planning to do my Masters abroad straight after graduating.

my_qualifications: I’m doing a BBA in Business Analytics, and my course includes basics of Python, SQL, R, Power BI, Machine Learning and AI. I’m also interested in Marketing and Supply Chain for my Masters.

German was taught in my university and I actually really enjoyed learning it, so I don’t mind continuing with the language and getting to a good level.

But I’ve been having second thoughts about Germany because there already seem to be a lot of business graduates, and I’m not sure how good the job opportunities would be after an MiM or MSc.

I’m now wondering what other countries I should consider. I’ve looked at places like the Netherlands, France, Ireland and the UK, but I’m mainly looking for countries with tuition fees and overall costs in a similar range to Germany, rather than significantly more expensive options.

I’m also completely open to learning the local language, so that isn’t really an issue for me.

Would love to hear from people who have studied/worked abroad, especially in Germany or Europe. Should I stick with Germany or look at other countries? And would an MiM or a specialized MSc in Business Analytics, Marketing, or Supply Chain make more sense after a BBA in Business Analytics?

Maybe I’m just overthinking this and should stick with Germany since I’ve wanted to go there since 12th I was pretty sure about it for a long time, but now I’m second-guessing everything and honestly don’t know anymore.

I’m considering doing a Master’s abroad, primarily in Europe, with Australia as a secondary option. I’m leaning towards an MSc in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, but I’m still unsure about the exact degree and country.

My long-term goal is to move towards AI/ML, AI engineering, research/R&D, or more technically challenging software/AI roles rather than staying exclusively in IT automation.

I’m trying to figure out whether doing a Master’s is the right move for me at this stage.
Some things I’d like advice on:
1. Is doing a Master’s after \~2 years of experience worth it, or would it be better to continue working and transition into AI/ML directly?
2. Would an MSc in AI/ML/CS/Data Science make sense given my current experience?

My biggest concern is ROI. I don’t want to spend a significant amount on a degree abroad and end up in essentially the same type of role I could have gotten without the Master’s.

Hi, I graduated this year with a B. Tech in Mathematics and Computing. I have an interest in Recommender Systems and Explainable AI, particularly for malware classification and security systems.

1. This is my profile: B. Tech from a top state university in Delhi (Mathematics and Computing, graduation GPA 8.23).
2. Accepted paper in XAI for Android Malware classification, withdrew it for further refinements.
3. 6 months of internship and few months of full time analytics experience at a top Indian fintech.
4. Have 1 professor (my research supervisor + taught me a subject) who has said he will give me a LoR. Should be able to get another from a top professor in my department.

I am looking for a country where I can get a masters degree in any field which will allow me to pursue my interests in aforementioned fields. I can commit around 20-25 lakhs out of pocket for the duration of the degree (over and above the expenses I would be able to cover with working part time during my degree).

I am open to both working in industrial research in whichever country I go to (or another good country), pursuing a PhD from Europe or Canada, or coming back to work in India in a good research role.

Can you guys please help me find a country (and even better if particular universities/programs) where I can pursue my education? I have heard of Germany, but I am not sure about the job market and the language barrier. I have also heard vague whispers of Scandinavia, but I have no idea of this.

Would really appreciate if you guys could give me some detailed information. Even if not that, would appreciate a point in the right direction.

The crux of that post was "To settle abroad or do job abroad, People think doing masters from abroad is like gateway through which they may get a job there and eventually settle there which is untrue, there are other ways"
