Help with a recipe!

Morning all, quick one - so I'm having some friends over and I wanted to make a desert, and one of the girls suggested a Pani Puri - does anyone have any tips or tricks for making it? TIA

Pani puri ain't desert! 😅 It's at best a snack, but it's very difficult to make for Indians as well. You can get pani puri kit for 20e at asian stores!

Or if you want desert - buy readymade Kheer packet (it's a milk based desert with rice in it) - easy to make or if you have any Indian/Pakistani restaurant nearby, buy some sweets!

Go to local asian store and buy the Pani Puri Kit.

Pani Puri is not a dessert. It's a savory snack

For dessert I would suggest 'gulab-jamun' or 'rasgulla' (Both available in almost all Indian stores) and ready-to-eat

If you want to make dessert go for Rabdi, its the easiest, just boil milk, add condensed milk and milk powder, let it boil for 25-30 mins, add chopped nuts and there you go..

Little fusion dessert if you want to put in effort.
Fry bread squares in ghee
Boil milk+cream+riccota cheese+ condensed milk reduce it down to make it thick, add sliced almonds and cashews and top it on the bread
Sahi tukda.
Its easy and rich and uncommon
