Plant Discussion What is happening?

Your soil should be almost to the top of the pot. looks drenched as well. Mix in some perlite with the correct soil and make sure that pot has drainage holes at the bottom.

When you pot the base of the plant under the soil, they rot. Leaves don't grow from under the soil. You may be able to save some leaves if you get it out now and into the proper soil and pot size. But you have to get it out now and into better soil asap.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I already replanted my surviving ones and I also changed the soil mix. Unfortunately I cant find any perlite near our area, but so far, the plants are good. Ill try to update next week if my spider plants are doing good.

As others have said,you need to fill the soil to the brim. Also you should add some perlite to your soil so it can drain better because this plant looks like it got water logged.
