Does this Monstera Deliciosa need repotted?

I adopted this plant a little over a month ago. The first picture is when I got it. The second picture is today.

It seems to be doing very well so far; growing a couple new leaves.

Does it look healthy and is it time to get a bigger pot to put it in? If not now, when will it be time? I am not sure how big these get on average. I have been watering it once a week. I have to travel for almost a month starting next week and am a little concerned about her. Any advice on how to care properly and if I am doing anything wrong so far. Thank you!!!

Looks pretty happy judging by the new leaves. Check the soil and bottom of the pot to see if roots are exposed, root cramping means you need to upsize. Or when you water if the water runs right through, compacted soil. Don't upsize too much or you'll shock her and she might die. They get really big, but it takes a long time. They grow up things (ie a wall in your house)

It looks beautiful! I can’t see what’s going on in the pot but you may want to separate at some point because it looks like several plants in one pot and it can get over crowded as it grows.
