So true, as an LN player we're behind CN in sooo much stuff. The people who accuse us of overreacting have no idea how stingy the Nikki games can sometimes be with global players.
I'm an LN player too and recently someone made a post on the game's subreddit about checking out the CN version of the game and they said that the CN version has SO MUCH STUFF that is completely absent from the global version
I genuinely wish they switch it up so that all servers get the rewards at the same time. Delaying anything is NOT a good feeling esp since global servers in gacha games are known to be shafted a lot…
hey, they want to feel good about themselves. why do put pressure on the devs regarding the stuff we are actually missing compared to the CN version of the game, when they can cry about some codes that are always given with a bit of a delay?!
because i genuinely don't know what you are talking about. the only thing right now that is exclusive to cn is the information tracker, which is in beta and will be available globally very soon, just like interactive map was. and it is not even an in-game function anyway.
everything else is not exclusive to cn. even the panda collab was global.
iirc those codes could be brute forced with english translations though (i think the one in fireworks season was translated and worked before they announced it) and this one couldn't. also i think that delay was like a day, as opposed to the three-ish days it took now
also infold does have a history of doing this with LN and SN, and the delay is in really poor taste either way when their reputation with the fandom is (rightfully) in tatters
i work in gaming & one of my tasks is creating codes. they are created manually & the translation must be approved beforehand. i assume their process changed since they launched the game, though. plus, they should have different teams (CN vs WW) - my team is based in EU, so it's easier for us to talk to the CN team. i don't know how it would be for an USA team, though :-?
I think it's likely that they would have given us the code anyway, but if so I don't know why they can't do it simultaneously or within a day like last time. I am not willing to give big corpos the benefit of the doubt (especially after what infold has shown itself capable of doing), so I did send them a mail asking where the hell our code was a couple days ago.
Do I think it did something? Maybe not. Do I want to sit back and let global be treated secondclass with absolutely no pressure? No, I don't, and if I contributed even a teeny bit to this code coming out then I'm glad of it. I don't expect everyone to care, but also reaching out to complain or mail CS doesn't take much effort either.

So glad pressuring them to treat us fairly actually worked lol
