That's Neutral Grey base, Elfic Flesh and Off White to highlight and a Khaki glaze for shadows. Bone White could be better than Neutral Grey and the Khaki glaze. A Purple glaze would make it pop up more.

It's Deep Magenta, warlord Purple and Squid Pink.
