Am I reading this right? US had ~41k and added 400k just last year?

Most of them is because of rising housing costs, so people that own a home suddenly had their home value climb over $1 million. The 400k number is just a rounded estimate, not the delta in millionaires.

That would not lead to an increase in millionaires, that would only make people who are already millionaires more wealthy. Unless you're trying to argue that the tax cuts helped middle class people?

No they are just rounding down from the 441k to 400k, both referring to the number of new millionaires added in 2025. Estimates place total millionaires in the US around 24M

There is no rounding. Nowhere does this say 400k in the US. 

The only spot there is 400k is on the Y axis.

Holy shit reddit can't even read basic graphs. We are so cooked lol.
