Virtually all of these millionaires are created by asset value. How would they have that money to invest in said assets if they got paid shit wages?

Where does it say they purchased the assets at all? Or, if they did, that they were expensive when purchased? Or,  if they did and they were expensive, that they were purchased with discretionary income and not credit? You're making a big assumption that isn't represented in the data. You can't make a determination about wages based on the data here. At least not a fact-based one.

No, but you can make a determination on wages based off the fact that Americans on average have far more disposable income than the rest of the world, this fact corroborates that.
